Abstract：A body massage medical apparatus with a hydraulic adjusting function comprises a machine frame plate (3) and a vertical column (95) fixedly connected with the machine frame plate. A slide rail (89) is arranged on the machine frame plate (3) and used for being in sliding fit with a slide massage assembly. The slide massage assembly comprises an installation plate and a reciprocating plate (87) in sliding fit with the installation plate. An eccentric wheel rotating shaft is arranged on the installation plate. The upper end of the eccentric wheel rotating shaft is connected with a lower output shaft of a reciprocating drive motor (85). The middle and the lower end of the eccentric wheel rotating shaft are each provided with eccentric wheels (87) for being connected with the reciprocating plate (87) so that the reciprocating plate can reciprocate when the eccentric wheels rotate. A vertical bevel gear (84) is arranged on an upper output shaft of the reciprocating drive motor (85).
